Nana always said, “You are what you eat.” So, we ditched the store-bought junk and whipped up treats worth savoring—made with fresh, wholesome, organic ingredients.

Everything we bake starts with our incredible sourdough, crafted from wild yeast captured and cultivated right here in our Texas Hill Country backyard. That little starter is the heart of everything we make.

And then there’s Earl—my best friend and our resident super-layer. She’s got an eye for perfection and won’t settle for anything less than the finest eggs around. Earl’s picky (or should I say pecky?) when it comes to freshness.
